Technical Support & Resources
The Support Center links three sections: Troubleshooting (blade burning, rough cuts, drift and vibration, with fixes), the Selection Guide (matching a machine to species, log diameter and target output) and Technical Resources (spec charts, model comparison and articles).
Frequently Asked Questions
Multi-rip saw or band saw? A multi-rip saw has a wider kerf than a band saw, about 2.4-3.5 mm against 1.2-2.0 mm, so on kerf alone it yields roughly 2-3% less timber. Its advantages are throughput, a smooth sawn face that often needs no further planing, and consistent sizes with less operator skill, which pays off on batch specification stock such as pallet material, wood keel and edging strips. Band saws remain the better choice for large-diameter logs, irregular stock and small one-off batches.
Does the sharpener need compressed air? No. The seven-axis automatic blade sharpener is an air-free servo machine for 150-600 mm blades; enter the blade diameter, pitch and tooth profile and it positions and calibrates automatically, with no manual grinding-wheel angle setting.
Can I send a sample for a trial cut? Yes. Send a material sample for a trial cut, or tell us your log diameter, target finished sizes and daily output, and we will recommend a configuration.
